St Germans is a large village in South East Cornwall. There is an impressive Norman church and shops and pub. There is also a riverside walk by the River Tiddy to St Germans Quay and there are fine views of the estuary and the impressive viaduct. Photos from a sunny and warm Sunday morning in late August.
Caradon Hill is a large hill on the south east edge of Bodmin Moor. There are good walks around the hill and there are old mine workings (Caradon Hill is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site). Photos from a fine Wednesday afternoon in July.
